Worse DMV in the country. No one wants to help and workers are rude as Hell!! None of them are aware of the website for the Mississippi DMV . These people are working for the taxpayer's but treat you like a criminal. Don"t let Alton wait on you he is very rude and isn't well trained.
I've never been talked down to or so rudely in my life at the Hattiesburg off near the mall. Not helpful at all. Unfortunately we have no choice but to deal with these employees.

I sit at this location for over two hours and when my son got up to take his permit test, they wouldn't let him because he couldn't read the fifth line on the pre-eye exam.. I got the feeling that this was not standard procedure.. I honestly feel that the Maria or whatever her name was, Was ready to go Home...Then she proceeds to tell me to come back during the a.m, like I just have nothing else to do, but come back when it is CONVENIENT for HER!!!!
