Called over two weeks ago to transfer policies from Florida to Mississippi. Talked to Jennifer and sent Doc's to her via email. No response. Called back a week later and she was too busy to talk as she was getting ready to go on vacation. I talked to another lady who said she was handling this while Jennifer was on vacation. I forget this lady's name. But she said she would have it handled within a day. 4 days later still no response. I am going else where. But I am going to call Mr. Wesley just to let him know, so he is not blindsided.
**FOLLOW UP** I called for Mr. Wesley @ 9:00 and he had not made it in. I left no message. About 3 minutes later I received a call from his office. Said they have not received any emails that I had sent. Discovered the email I had was incorrect and resent to Sara, (the lady I could not remember her name. She apologized for the confusion and I explained they had my phone number they should have called to follow as promised. I will go from a 1 star rating to a 3 star rating. To be continued.....
