Selena Clearman has been such a great NP! Thorough, friendly, and kind. I would highly recommend her!
My first visit with Dr Selena Clearman was very pleasant, however if I could rate the communication post visit I would give them a -10. I have an autoimmune disease and really needed to switch a sleeping medicine due to two months of little sleep. I I was on prednisone due to my autoimmune condition and it caused me restless sleep. I made plenty attempts at trying to communicate how badly I needed to sleep to the office personnel and how I needed them to call me in another prescription. After 7 attempts and more days with no sleep, I finally broke down and cried on the phone and told them they needed to respond to me because I was going into a bad flare up due to no sleep. They finally listened to me. During this time they told me multiple times that they had called me back, but this was not true because I waited by phone and doubled checked my number with them.
If they cannot handle their work load, they do not need to take any more patients. This has been the worst experience with a primary doctor I've ever had.
I am writing this review after my husband just had the same experience with them... we have no choice but to switch if they cannot communicate with us. He is on blood pressure medication and a antidepressant... both of which he must continually take and he had to call 3 times and miss 2 days of dosage to finally get someone to respond.
