Total airhead answers the phone. Rude and when asked a question that she wasn't equipped to answer laughs and says she has customers. Funny, if she's in charge of marketing she's also handling the phones? Lol. Wow. You lost a customer before I even came up there. Who hires someone like that? She must have dirt on someone or be the daughter that couldn't find work elsewhere.
