absolutely kaos, one cashier, employees nowhere to be found at 10 am. teenagers stealing and hanging out. drove a hour to get what I wanted got home and part was missing. Called back was hung up on. Go to ultra in flowood save the aggrivation.
I walked into the store looking for help to find the right color foundation for me no one asked to help me I walked around looked went up by the cashier asked for helped she put me in a chair never told one of the the other girls to help me it was a girl their with short purple hair bang the rest of the hair was blonde she "looked"over me found someone else to help and made herself look busy never said one word to me I sat in that chair a good 20 min no one asked have I been helped sat their a mother 5 min then walked out the workers are not polite and neither helpful they need to be fired for being unprofessional and rude. I was their at about 1:30 or earlier date 5-16-17 ...you do not feel welcomed
Jenny does great haircuts. The other review is garbage because when you're sitting in a chair, it looks to other employees that you're being helped. The store was new then, is great now. Got asked twice if I needed help before I got to the back of the store. Will be coming back again.
