I came to bring my son 15 minutes before closing time to get his haircut. There were two hair stylist in the building but the door was locked. They did not open the door for me so I did not receive any service. Then I tried to call them and They did not answer the phone. I'm very disappointed considering this is where we always come to get his hair cut. Not coming back.
The MVP is great with a perfect price point. The decor is nice and doesn't feel cheap. My former stylist, who was three times the price, never asked my shampoo preference or offered the hot towels. The iPad sign in is nice. Have you thought about an app where I could both sign in and pay. Would really like to see you accept Apple Pay or a PayPal in app payment.
All of the stylists were EXTREMELY nice and professional! Tia was my stylist and she was incredible! I didn’t know what I wanted going in but she gave me some guidance and really impressed me. I will definitely be back!

Great customer service, but the haircut I received was not the best. I believe that it was a new employee, so I dealt with it. Overall this was only problem I have come across with this business.
