Ridiculous. If you don't want to give service, or are planning to "close early", you should alert the customer the FIRST TEN MINUTES they've been in your shop.

I came to this place because of the high ratings and I must say... I'm pretty disappointed. I walk in, no one says anything. I'm not sure if I should sit down, stand in the entrance or walk out to try again. I end up going back to my car after several minutes of nothing to get my jacket. When I come back to sit again, someone finally asked what I needed. I replied a full set. She says, "oh we can't do that today... we're closing at 5 or 6". ....... the current time you ask? 3:15.
Will never recommend or return.
