Was told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. After 10 minutes and was told the wait will be a hour. No explanation... stay classy.
Worst haircut ever! Customer service is lacking. Felt like I was just pushed through to make room for the next customer. My friend pointed out afterward that my sideburns were severely uneven. My left side goes up instead of straight. How did she not see this?!
The ladies working here were all very kind, but the woman who cut my hair did a TERRIBLE job. I'm a white female with long hair and needed a trim to just below my shoulders. That is just basic stuff. She cut it dry and expected me to be on my way. I had to ask her to wash it and style it when she was done snipping. As she was styling it, she was constantly taking out her scissors to snip it to attempt (and fail) to make it even in the back. NICE people, but just plain bad at cutting hair. Those funny haircuts my mum used to give me as a kid are better than what I got at Mastercuts.
Very helpful I came from out of state they colored my hair and were conscientious with working thru options for my hair color
We went there this past Sunday about 5:05 for a teen boys haircut and was told that they could not take anymore clients. They had no clients, we even had to go almost in the back room to get any assistance at all. The hours posted said they were open until 6:00 p.m. I would not have even picked the one star, but you had to pick one to be able to post.
