Customer service is horrible the owner is horrible the company is horrible over charge me $9,300 for a transmission then broke something and had me get the truck towed back had me pay for it and then charge me $500 to fix please do not take your truck here you will be disappointed called Hattiesburg police cuz they were trying to keep my truck after I paid them $9,300 Hattiesburg police was no help so now I have to sue them
I spoke with a lady in the Hattiesburg office twice, she made me an appointment to have my truck serviced after hours, Saturday morning. Well I've been here over an hour and no one is here!!! This place sucks.the guy who answered the phone today made it clear to me that loosing my business didn't matter to him that they service 200 plus trucks per week. What a joke! Customer service is definitely out the window at this place.
