TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would not tell anyone to come to this place!! Bf trusted them with his ps4 for them to fix it and it took three weeks and they did not contact him at all!!! We made three trips and we never got a straight answer!! They ended up not being able to fix it and "claimed" they called but didn't have it documented and they didn't leave a voicemail. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

This place is terrible. Had my kindle for a MONTH to replace a charging port. They NEVER called to update me on the status. When I finally called for the third time they told me it had been done the day before but no one called. They then didn't even have a kindle charger to see if the charging port worked. My screen wasn't glued down all the way and one of the speakers now doesn't work. I now have to take my kindle for further repair. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. And horrible customer service when I did call to check on the status. They asked me my name and what I had dropped it off for, like they didn't know what they were even supposed to be doing with it. I will never take any electronics back to them. DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!
This place is amazing! Great quality service! I never get upset when I break a phone because these people can fix almost anything! Thanks for the service you guys! I am very satisfied!
