We purchased the couch that we had been looking at for over a year. Salesman John is the BEST! He is fair and tells you the truth a very great guy. We have purchased a mattress and bedroom suite from him. He will be the only person we purchase any of our furniture from as long as he is still with the company and if he leaves we'll take our business to wherever he goes! Great experience with him and the Ashley furniture we purchased.
I've had may Eye on this Sectional for a while now went over to Ashley's a few times and they had one in the store. I was able to sit on it and check it out. I talked with Deshon Walker about it and went ahead and ordered it. They got it in stock in only 4 Day!! I want and picked it up and I LOVE IT very Happy!!
The Ashley HomeStore location in Hattiesburg, MS is amazing. I received the best customer service from one of their sales associates by the name of Dave Lee. He was not pushy and he took his time to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. This will be my second major purchase from this location and I could not be happier.
Ask for Miss Pat! She was awesome with helping me find a bed I wanted. When I found another model at a different store, she called there dealer and tried to get me what I really wanted. They weren't able to supply that particular bed. However, since she was so personable, I chose to buy my mattress from her. Kind of cliche, but I didn't feel like she was trying to just get a sale.
