No delivery or set up offered. You do it all yourself and that sucks if you're a single mom. Over priced too.
Great folks to work with. Had everything ready and waiting when I got there, but as you would have guessed, it was forecast for rain during our party! Some quick thinking on Rachel's part gave some options I had not even considered as possible. They were happy to make some changes and provided extra help in getting me set up. This kind of thoughtfulness and consideration makes them my choice for this kind of thing from here on out. Couldn't give them a higher rating than COMPLETELY SATISFIED and will be using them again very soon.
My nephew had a great 3rd Birthday party using the Sports Jump House. We were provided good instructions on setting up and taking it down so there were no problems. The staff were very nice and helpful so I highly recommend using their services.
Lack of customer service one of the guts was rude and seemed high
I had reserved and rented specific items from another rental company over a month in advance yet at the time of my event, the machine was available but the materials I had requested in advance were NOT. Action Party Rentals had exactly what I needed at last minute and went above and beyond to accommodate me before my party!! I highly recommend for any of your party rental needs!!
