If I could give Four Seasons more stars I would! We recently unexpectedly lost a family member. We needed flowers quickly and I was specific about which ones I wanted. They not only were able to get them, they went above and beyond with their customer service and kindness. We also had another family member use them and their arrangement was amazing as well. They are extremely military friendly and highly value their customers. If you need flowers, this is the place to go!
I can explain how rude these ladies were to me. My family owns a flower shop in Texas and I know what quality is and what I should expect. We paid $48 for an arrangement that was worth $20. Once I said I wanted them to add more they begin to yell at me saying “ well i dont know what you want me to do” and “ just give them their money back” in an extremely rude tone. I would never go back.
Just attended a wedding done by this florist and ordered flowers for the bride and groom. My flowers were delivered looking amazing and the wedding itself was really beautiful. Very impressed with their work.
I called last minute today 5/12/17. They were very sweet over the phone, took my order and was glad to do it. Then delivered beautiful flowers with balloons to My mom at work for early Mother's Day at Hattiesburg Clinic! Although I called at the last minute they still took my order. That meant a lot because I rarely wait to the last minute, but I am glad I did this time because I came across this nice florist shop. Happy Mom Happy Customer
