I highly recommend this Ross! It's clean, they have lots of items to choose from. They offer fair prices and great customer service.
I usually find some cool stuff here, but omg it is the most filthy store I've ever been in. For the love of god, don't use the fitting rooms, you will regret it. They literally look like they've never been cleaned before, there are hairballs on the floor, dirt piles in the corners, and dirty finger print smudges all over the walls. I had to take a shower tonight when I got home because I couldn't stop itching. Also, I've never seen so many people in one Ross before, literally every cart in the store was being used and almost the whole parking lot full. The employees couldn't keep up with how many people were in the store, there were piles of hangers all over the cash register and on the floors. All in all, not worth it.
Store was a wreck. Could hardly walk across the store without stumbling over random items and other people's children.
Love shopping at Ross Store, always find something that makes me happy! Found two nice gift's today and also a few things for myself. Happy day!
They aren't as cheap as they used to be but they still have great products. Line gets backed up before closing time because they only have one register open but I still love to go look around.
