The therapists at Massage Envy helped me to pinpoint the exact cause of my tension headaches as well as pain in my back, hip, shoulders and neck. The therapists are amazing because they listen to what I need and use my sessions to troubleshoot my problems, always resulting in relief. Massage therapy has become an essential part of my wellness. I highly recommend Massage Envy in Hattiesburg.
I received a massage envy gift card for Valentines day, which I was very excited to use. I called to book an appointment, and the first one available was in march. When my appointment day came, I received a call very last minute telling me that there was no therapist available and that I would have to reschedule. The next one available was an entire month away, but I booked it. When that appointment day came, I received another call saying that my appointment would be cancelled. After talking to management, I got an appointment for that same day but much later than my appointment time was supposed to be. Preparing to go to my appointment, they called YET AGAIN that same day telling me that my appointment would be rescheduled. I am very frustrated with Massage Envy in Hattiesburg and do not recommend to anyone wanting to get a massage.

The Hattiesburg MS office is not the best, and I would not recommend it.
I recommend finding a more professional place to do your business with instead of Massage Envy.
I LOVE MY MASSAGE ENVY MEMBERSHIP!! I have an extensive history of orthopedic injury a.d surgery and my therapist keeps me walking upright. Without massage therapy I believe I would be a slave to pain medication and dependant on a wheelchair, but Jarrod is amazing. He is better than many Physical Therapists I have seen. He understands muscles and movement and really works out the aches and pains from overuse. I appreciate having a membership where the staff knows me and my needs and wants. The reception staff is always helpful and even helps by advance scheduling for me. I recommend a ME membership for anyone with past injuries, we really don't realize how much pain we carry until it is gone. The rooms at ME are well decorated in welcoming, warm colors. The blankets on the beds are soft and plush. I see the atmosphere as a cross between a spa and a clinic. You know relaxation goes on here, but the feeling that healing happens too is undeniable.
The facility is clean and inviting. The lighting, sound and temperature of the rooms are perfect. The staff are always courteous and accomodating. They personally call for appointment reminders and confirmations. Scheduling is never a problem for me. I am always able to book sessions at the time that I prefer and with the therapists that I want to work with.
4. The only way out of the contract is a doctors letter or to move to a place without a massage envy. So if you join you will be stuck for 1 full year with bad customer service and frequently rescheduled appointments.
3. The employees appear so unhappy. Most of them wear frowns while helping you, its so uncomfortable. Business advice... employees treat your customers based on how you treat them.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Hattiesburg for the last six months and I am truly satisfied with my experience. I have a membership and I visit Massage Envy two to four times a month.
