For my kids it was fun. For me, I have two kids and I couldn't keep up with both of them. There was no security feature to just keep them from walking out with an adult that wasn't me. Overall I wasn't very thrilled with the place.
Family friendly and well kept, UpDown is a good place to bring a family! It has a large area to jump, but not a wide variety of trampoline sizes. Most of them are small. There is always a police officer on duty here to maintain family safety. Sometimes shady people come around here on the outside, but not perpetually.
The staff was very rude. There was no enthusiasm or good customer service whatsoever. If the staff was better, the overall experience would be better. Until then, this place is not recommended to anyone.
I have taken my son there three times. He enjoys it, but he is bored after a few minutes because of the lack of variety. You have to fill out a form on an internet kiosk before you can gain entrance to the main part. The info you submit is suposed to be retained in their system, but they couldn't find ours so we had to do it again the last two times. This takes time , and if your session begins before you finish, you lose that time or wait almost thirty minutes before the next session begins. This whole waiver process is over-kill, especially since it doesn't save yourinfo in the first place. It cheapens the whole experience.
I took my 2 Kids for the first time and I liked the way each play area was set up and there was plenty of seating for parents to watch there Kids. There was dodge ball, basketball ball, gymnastics area and standard jump areas. There was even an under ground area were they had a ninja course and trapeze swing! I paid for 2 hours, but 1 hour would have been enough. Pricing was typical and did not include socks ($2) more.
